Welcome to race weekend!!

Yes the week is over and its time for some trail running.

Course:

The course will be well marked with pink flags and white chalk spray at all intersections. The gpx file is here to load on your watch. There is a ~3/4mile section of gravel/road that you will run in both directions. This and the start finish area will be the only thing you will run twice. It will be marked with white dashes. You will hit our water only aid station at mile 3.5 as you enter the trail after crossing the dam. Our full aid station (Sponsored by Untapped Maple) will be just before mile 8. You will come back to the water only aid at around mile 13 (At this point there will be some maple products as well). You will then cross back west across the dam and reenter the trail where you left it for the final 2 miles. I highly recommend carrying some sort of hydration device! It will be warm out there and it's not that heavy. Have fun out there and plan to stay for some great post race food and beverages (and possibly some shenanigans). -Wyco Jones

It will be hot Sunday -- the last couple miles - it's going to feel like an ultra. What a time to be alive!

Set your GPS and wolf instincts to this location. - Shelter House 14 Access Rd, Kansas City, KS 66109

Parking:

There will be quite a few vehicles Sunday. Park nicely and tight and if necessary utilize overflow parking in the circle to the East and anywhere you won't be blocking traffic. See the green highlighted areas for where to park.

Restrooms:

There are flush toilets at the start/finish about 30yds away. We have stocked them with TP and Hand Sanitizer.
On the course, mile 2.6, as you begin across the dam, look to your left 90 degrees and there is a porta potty of questionable quality in the dam parking lot.
As you approach mile 4.5 and find yourself in a large open area... lake and pier to your right, look up to the left... another restroom.
At the staffed aid-station at mile 7.5, there is a restroom you could visit, but its up a large hill that is not a part of the course.
At approximately mile 8 look up to your left as you crest a high point on the 3-5-7 trail... that building is a restroom.

Hang Out After:

We will have food and drinks, and well, its a party. Bring a bag chair and stay a while!
